Miley obviously didn't understand the use of Twitter if she was "living for moments and not for people" (paraphrased). I would say she was getting caught up in trying to "trend" every tweet. Sharing too much too often. Twitter can do that.
I have been accused of tweeting when I should have been listening. It's funny to say but you have to tweet responsibly. The same way you would decide when it's OK to take a cell-phone call or respond to a text. I am guessing Miley, as well as us, have a hard time with that one too.
This smells like a stunt. Wanting an overwhelming public outcry from her fans to come back.
